Freddie Mack
Freddie Mack was born on the West Bank of New Orleans and began his creditability in the game by battling MC’s on the block, performing at local clubs and featuring on multiple albums. In one notable while performing at the Platinum Club Freddie Mack met his manager David Pace. Quickly gaining fame he signed to a major New Orleans record company, Untouchable Records in 2001. His talent was immediately recognized when he was featured on multiple albums with various labels.
Mid 2003 Freddie Mack began working on his own album with a local New Orleans producer “CatDaddy”. Then a devastating hurricane named Katrina came through. after surviving the storm Freddie Mack was cast-away to Mt. Vernon, IL. He lived there for one year. While living in foreign territory, this New Orleans refugee kept his faith. Praying that one day he will be able to return home. Soon one day his prayers would be answered.
Vigorously working via the internet, submitting his songs to the likes of Unsigned Hype, led him to 187FM.com. His song “Best In The Game” was in heavy rotation on 187FM.com Shortly, after gaining a large fan base Freddie Mack inked a deal with Godfather Records in 2008.
